Pioneer Day is an annual event in Mayo, Florida that is always scheduled for the second Saturday in October. This event is as scheduled, rain or shine. Due to direct impact of Hurricane Helene and uncertainty surrounding the 2024 Hurricane season, Pioneer Day was canceled and all vendors were refunded their fees.

The 45th annual Pioneer Day will be Saturday, October 11, 2025. Please be on the lookout for event information and vendor applications in late Spring 2025.

We do not currently accept payments online for Pioneer Day Vendors. In the past we have had instances of scammers asking for payment for this event, if you have any doubts, please contact us. We are not responsible for payments made to others.
